At www.nikkar.in, we have a 7-days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement in case of any manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at nikkar.contactus@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the pickup of the existing product.

Defect Product Replacement
For the product replacement process, you have to inform our team via email. The Nikkar team will provide our courier facility address, you have to send your product along with your purchase bill to our facility address, or will schedule your visiting time. After testing the defective product and verification, we will dispatch your replacement product to your address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that while every effort is made to accurately represent our products through images, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to factors such as screen resolution and lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee that the product received will be identical to the images displayed on our platform. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved in case of manufacturing defects, you’ll be provided with store credits. You can use those store credits to buy anything from our website of the same order value.
Partial Payments
A part payment of ₹250 will be charged when placing the order. If the customer refuses to accept the order after it has been dispatched and the order is returned to us (RTO), the ₹250 will not be refunded. If the customer decides they want the product after it has been returned to us, they will need to pay an additional ₹100 for re-delivery to cover our logistic costs. However, if the customer receives the order and finds the product to be defective, we will provide a full refund. The customer must inform us on the same day of delivery if the product is found to be defective.
